Insofar as the DOJ, FBI and FED are concerned, every dollar in question may be tied to terror related money laudering.

Some of you folks will probably end up on the watch list.

fwiw, im reading this as sloppy news work on the part of usa today (surprize surprize). I think they are actually conflating the two issues being discussed. The neteller crack down, which is where most of your monies are tied up, and the bet2 episode, which actually has resulted in the tie-up of us player funds because of numerous legal obstacles including injunctions being issued by antigua, the us govmt, and i think a couple of state govmts. This case is quite complicated, and all the documents on it, *especially those which have blocked or hampered the disbersement of players funds* are very public. As far as im aware, no documents blocking the release of player funds have been made public.

just a fwiw.

I am an affiliate and not a poker player. A poker room payment via wire transfer was denied on Jan 12 and the only way I could get paid was via Neteller per the poker room. At 1;05 pm Jan 12th, a 6 digit payment hit my neteller account. At 1;10 pm on Jan 12th I requested a check by Fed ex.

Neteller approved the payment on the 16th. 1 week later it went to pending. I took out the max 1k a day to my debit card until they stopped it. I am now out over $100k. So Green devil tell me what I did wrong to deserve this?

You did nothing wrong. Just bad luck. Neteller probably has 100+ million frozen of USA money. I hope the DOJ holds the founders hostage until they pay out.

Yeah, Neteller needs to stop circumventing the DOJ's earnest attempts to let Americans cash out of the accounts without hassle or delay.

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...rt=all&vc=1

links from the legislative forum.

who's this Michael Tew guy?
He's quoted in the article and HIS company provided the chart data USA 2day included AND on the CapitalHQ site it lists him as someone who's "provided advisory services" to the FBI, and that he's "on the Editorial Board of Casino Enterprise Management, a gaming industry trade magazine, and the Gaming Law Review, a legal resource for gaming industry professionals."

So, who is this guy?
He's been a very busy little bee.
