epassporte bank withdrawal

i used my chase debit card and i saw the small charge just fine and verified it, but when i went to buy into epassporte with it the request was declined. what's up with that? anybody else have this problem?

same thing happened to me - Chase probably put a fraud hold on your account. You will need to call and have them unfreeze it.

It took me a couple of trys but I was able to get it set up the same day. Since then I have not had any issues.

I used the credit card option to fund my account initially- It was actually my BOA check card. Easy to get set up and I verified instantly, but I now realize that I cant withdraw the same way.

If I wait the 8 days to now verify the small deposits my checking account, is is then an additional week for the cashout? If so it sounds like they have sold another card!

my bank called my shortly after this to verify that it was me trying to use epassporte. then i tried again and everything worked.

I just got my 2 verifying deposits today two weeks after setting up the account.

Today is the 8th business day on one of my withdrawals and still no sign of the money in my bank account...

I set mine up the same way, and as far as I can tell, this is exactly what it is. 8 days for microdeposits, 8 days to withdraw to your bank acct, EVERY time, going by what longtime epassporte customers are posting.

As far as loads go, they charge $5/100 if you use a visa or debit card, $2 if you use your bank acct -- but it takes just as long to deposit with your bank acct as it does to withdraw to it.

And yes, buy the card. The moment your withdrawal from pokersite hits your epassporte acct, you can atm withdraw for $2 a pop. If you'd like to wait until I test it later today (FT withdrawal already made), I'll update. Also, I got my card on Tues 1/30 and I opened my acct/ordered the card on Mon 1/22.

I have used ePassporte for over 2 years. It is a great service. They were never prompt/good about doing ePassporte > Bank Account, but ATM withdrawal was always great.

Plus your ATM card is a Visa and can be used to purchase anything.

Do you know offhand if the real plastic Visa card needs to be "loaded" like Neteller's for ATM withdrawals and PoS purchases or if it just comes directly out of your balance? I didn't see anywhere on epass's site to load the Visa card, so at the moment I'm assuming the latter.
