[ QUOTE ]
If UTG is an unpredictable maniac shove. But, since the unpredictable maniac can't over-shove because of the small AI raise....neither can we....so call. [/ QUOTE ] |

i completely missed the read on utg....i think shoving is fine also (can you raise still with the illegal bet all in from SB)? [/ QUOTE ] He should be able to raise since he hasn't made any action yet. |

[/ QUOTE ] He should be able to raise since he hasn't made any action yet. [/ QUOTE ] i think when an illegal reraise is made, a 3rd raise cannot be put in on that street. again, not 100% sure but i think this is the rule. if the AI player had at least min-reraise all in the action would be reopened. |

[ QUOTE ] If UTG is an unpredictable maniac shove. [/ QUOTE ] 1. If he really is a maniac, he is probably calling a very wide range, 2. AQ isn't strong enough imo to get called. [/ QUOTE ] This doesnt make sense FWIW I shove |

Action on the original bet isn't closed. He can push.
If he'd called the original bet before shorty raised, then he wouldn't be able to. Just pretend the illegal raise is a call, and all will become clear. |

I believe the SB AI is a raise because it's more than half the previous raise (UTG minraised 200 to 400 and SB raised 150 more to 550, which is a raise of another 150 which is more than half of the previous 200 raise). If he'd had 499 or less then his AI would have been a call and wouldn't have re opened the betting.
