Default Re: Neteller is trying to collect \"outstanding funds\" from me

Knowing a little more about Neteller then some people I would just like to inform you that if you do decide to keep the money they chances are can not even report you to a collection agency as I believe it will require an American agency to be contacted.

Neteller will never find an agency willing to collect on funds that are now related to an illegal financial transaction because even though the money has already left Neteller the collection would be for funds that had been used to fund online gambling.

This is why you are getting Emails and phone calls from in house Neteller reps as a supervisor probably has someone trying to muscle you into making payment since they know they are screwed for your cash.

Keep in mind that I am not a lawyer, do not pretend to give legal advice or advocate that you keep monies that do not belong to you but if you are worried about the possible screwing of your credit due to the current legal climate I don't think it can happen...

Lol, to all that say pay them.
I had a similar sitiuation with a local bookie.
I lost 5k to him , I tried calling him to pay him, he woudn"t pick up the phone.Later I found out that he had to skip town, because he owed alot of money over $200k.He screwd everyone, all his bettors who won that week.
He came back to town about 2 years later, and I ran into him.He told me that I owe him 5k, and I should pay him.
I told him to go [censored] himself, because if I would of won I would never see the money he would of owed me.

How do you expect OP to pay neteller, when they have millions of people"s money, he should only pay them if they payout all U.S. citizens.
