You need to raise bigger PF when you are this deep. How can you check that flop?

I originally thought the raise was about right. I would usually go to 120 (3x). I also figured his call with JJ was poor.
But - If you do the math, he's getting a little better than 9 to 1 implied odds (he has to call 75 with a chance to win 696). I usually want something better than that, but here, he has probably put you on AA and figures you won't fold it later if he does hit his J. I think that's a little loose, but not as bad as I originally thought, given the situation.
If you raise to 135, just 20 more, you deny him the proper implied odds to call.
Thoughts?

Am I off here? I'm thinking if he calls the 75, he'll have 523 left (he started with 638, minus 115). Since you 4 bet pre flop, he's pretty certain you're not going to fold later. So he needs to call 75 to win a possible 696 (the 523 he has left, plus the 173 already in the pot before his call), giving him 9.28:1 implied odds. He's got to be certain he can get the rest of your chips in if he hits, but given the 4 bet, it's gonna be pretty hard for you to get away from it.
I would have made about the same raise, but I think a little bigger is better now.
adanthar, what do you think? Do you think a raise to 135 pre flop would be better?
EDIT: (a raise to 135 makes him call 95 to win 696, implied odds of 7.32:1)
