Thanks for the feedback guys. I appreciate it, I figured this was the only way to withdraw the money as previously stated by the posters above.
Yeah, you can see where I'm comin from on this one though in regards to sending all that via fax to an unknown origin really to some employer. It's just a little scary and hadn't meant anybody else that had successfully done it til the dude in the last post. Thanks for some reasurance on the issue. Made me feel a little easier in regards to sending the info. Let me know when you have actually closed the deal and got the money, or have ya all ready sealed the deal and completed the entire transaction? |

I just heard that the max check WU will give someone is now 2,500 but i cashed out for 3k a few days ago and it was accepted so I just emailed Bodog to see what is going to happen. Ill keep you guys posted as to what is going to happen and how it all works out.

Go to Bodog cashier/payouts if you want confirmation. |

Be very careful with this site if they're moving money from the Philippines. My wife is a Filipina and I can tell you first hand that that country is highly corrupt. Actually, next to Indonesia, the Philippines is rated the second most corrupt country in the world. So, since I just found out Bodog is moving their money thru there, I'm getting the hell away from Bodog.

I requested a WU payout yesterday morning and just got this email:
"As you know, up until this morning Western Union was our only option to send you your funds. However, we're pleased to announce that our eCommerce team has secured a new option for withdrawals: Check by Courier. With Western Union agents suggesting a minimum 72-hour wait for a completed transfer, checks would be a much faster solution, not to mention easier for you. If you are willing, we are prepared to revise your payout request and courier you a check free of charge." I just have to reply to the email or call them to confirm. But does this mean the check has Bodog's name on it? Isn't there a problem right now with banks honoring such checks? Or worse yet, will the check clear? I'm tempted to stick with the WU option, just to have cash in hand, even if I have to wait a few days. Anyone else have some insight about this before I call them? |
