LOL, he definitely sucks at limit hold'em. There's a reason everyone is advocating 4 on flop 4 on turn and maybe just calling a river raise.

Hard to imagine someone could be so bad at one thing and good at another, at least for more than a short period.

Welcome to the forums. It's possible, but you have to put him on a range of hands, against which slowing down this early does not maximise EV.
