The metric you have to consider: Compare 1/19 to last Friday at same site. Party Poker is your US player-independent standard. It fell to 88% of previous Friday. Full Tilt fell to only 95% of the previous Friday. I would bet this is not significant drop, at least not yet. You have to consider multiple days. I guess over the next week you could do this each day. You might be able to also compare moving averages. What sites are US, what sites aren't? |

Other Euro sites didn't show the same drop. There's a more detailed analysis on pokersitescout. |

Everyone was all Doom and Gloom in October, and everyone following this thread got the straight facts... this thread will continue to trump speculation by providing the facts! |

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, thanks for all the work you're putting into this. This could very well end up being one of the most important/relevant threads in the history of 2+2. |

I went back and compared friday to friday on Pokerstars for the past couple of months and while this past friday was significantly off the previous couple of fridays, it was right in line with all the other fridays.
Not that this means anything, just more information to consider. rough numbers from previous fridays: 10700 11400 12100 11400 12100 12200 11700 13000 15400 15200 14800 12900 <--01/19 |

[/ QUOTE ] This issue is less than a week old so week over week analysis at this point isn't very useful. Time should tell what the Neteller effect is, but you have to look at the right things and should decide ahead of time what the right things to look at are. |
