How long does it take to be issued a Neteller debit card?

Pretty sure mine got here in well under a month, but given present circumstances I wouldn't hold my breath.

I'm pretty sure it will be tough to get one for U.S. citizens now, as we all live in American Samoa.

My debit card still works. I am not sure what you are asking. Are you worried that since you have waited so long that now the card won't work?

I got my card within a week of requesting it. But I don't think there was a mad rush to get them a year ago.

I've never used the card or put money on it. I was wondering if they would still allow you to put money on it.

Sorry, this is misinformation. When I clicked on Change Address the country says American Samoa, but when I click on My Info it still has the correct information. Thanks for the heads-up by the person who PM'd me.
