US Prima sites with 60%+ RB

Websites that run on the prima network will have to put all accounts, even the ones that currently have over 30% down to that cap. Some mentioned that Microgaming would be doing periodic checks to make sure all skins are following the rules. Since rakeback is automatic through the system, I imagine that everyone will.

30% Cap goes into full effect on Feb 1st. No affiliates may advertise rakeback anymore either or they will be penalized.
