this is not as bad as it seems imo.
1) pinny is the party of the industry - when other books start leaving then i'll get more worried. 2) it'll probably save me the money i would've bet with them lol. 3) i'm moving to vegas in nine months [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

No, I think the Party analogy's better. Poker's all about game selection, just like sports betting's all about getting the best lines. In the long run, stuff like customer service and interface is pretty irrelevant.

I loved everything about Pinnacle. Their crappy interface, how you had to sign in every time you navigated away from their page, their non-existent customer service.
