Best way to counter players who min-reraise preflop?

I usually just call, because I feel this generally represents a monster. Then I take a look at the flop and decide whether or not I could've cracked something big with it.

Problem with re-re-raising is that they just flat call and you don't know what they have. If they re-re-re-pop it, you can narrow it down pretty slim.
