that is a fkin bs email. Why do they queud transfers then??? They had your email before the money was transfered from Eddifelsonn to X player, right? So they should have had the time to check your email and block that transfer/account.
Also, they have to know the IP adress where that account was used and they should be able to help the authorities.

FullTilt lacks credibility and they just proved it again.

Have you hired an attorney yet?
