God, Peyton really did get bailed out today by his D. If just one or two things went right for KC, everyone on TV would be talking about how big of a choker Peyton is, and that he may never win a SB.

Incredible

One or two things went right for KC? KC INT'd on all of Manning's bad passes. IND dropped like 2 INT's in the first half?

Manning may have played a bad game, but the Colts thoroughly dominated the Chiefs.

Well imagine you're Manning, you come out of the tunnel and everyone, and your own sense of logic tells you, you have to put up 35 to even have a chance here.

Then you get out there and realize they're playing Nickel and, god help you, dime, and you still have to score. Only at around halftime do you get the proof to realize that your D has actually showed up today and you only have to pass on 3rd down.

Yeah he played a bad game today, but two of those picks were just mix ups between WR and QB, and other then that his play was solidly average.

Well imagine you're Manning and your top receiver keeps running the wrong [censored] route.

Bottom line is nobody is going to remember this game. If they lose 31-27 next week I don't think anyone but the diehard haters are going to rag on him for it.

Manning's 30/38 for 268 yards and he had a bad game? He threw maybe 2 or 3 bad passes in the whole game and was incredibly unlucky that they all went for picks. Saying he had a bad game is ridiculously results oriented.

cb,

Did you watch the game or just cruise the box score? He had a terrible game but as has been already said it will not matter now.

Yea, but he won now didn't he? And that's all that matters, getting the W. A QB's job is to win games, and that's what he did.

Well my Chiefs got pwn3d. Congrats to Indy for a great game on D. I think our D didnt do a horrible job but our offense looked like a damn college team the 1st half. Oh well, there is always next year.

Mixups that aren't supposed to happen... He had 9 picks coming into today. The picks still count. Turnovers are turnovers.
