Can someone explain how USC lost to UCLA. I didn't see that game, but I watched the worst Florida State team in 30 years go up and down the field against UCLA. Now I am watching USC look like an NFL team. How in the F did UCLA beat them?

Booty was banged up and not mobile. But, I still don't know how UCLA gave up that much. FSU really used it's tall receivers well.

You'll also find that younger teams have the greatest improvement from the regular season to the bowl games. FSU and USC both have young players in key skill spots.

This USC team is not the team that blew it at the Rose Bowl a month ago.

It's such an advantage to a coaching staff to get a bowl game. If you dont get the bowl game you miss out on a "fall" practice.

Michael Hart made it look good. If he doesn't make a great run, Henne might have heard an earful on the sideline.
He audibled to a run right into the defense...yikes

What's the effective difference between 19-9 and 19-10?

19-11 brings you within a score.

Anybody else feel like Herbstreit comes off as a pro-Michigan guy? Given that he went to Ohio State, it's weird.
