This is true, my program "cheats."

I wouldn't call that cheating. But it's an important distinction. If people want to make comparisons, it's useful to agree on what you're comparing. PokerStove can do over 1.5 billion evals/sec by grouping evals together. But that's different from a generic evaluation.
