It is not his responsibility to answer ANY of these questions, moron. I admit that I've only been a serious poker player for about two years, so I may not have gotten the whole "I'm a poker player, so I expect the world to be handed to me in a pretty basket" attitude like a lot of people here seem to carry about them. Get a life.
