I'm in the same boat. To the point where instead of waiting for a bus I start to walk in the direction i need to go and trying to get on a bus as it catches up with me with a real possibility of having to run to the next stop and quite likely missing it as a result, only to avoid standing in one spot waiting for it.

I hate bumping into people I quietly dislike and being forced into having small talk with them. That includes most of my non-close relatives.
