Folks refer to Pets Sounds as some kinda holy grail.
I don't get it, but to each his own.

They are to me....but how could I defend personal preference? Sure, there are plenty of acts that suck worse, but those are two that I still hear all the time, and that I wouldn't mind if I never heard them again.
I love Neil Young, but plenty of folks hate him, and I never even try to defend him, other than to say I really dig him.

I also really really can't stand James Taylor or Hank Jr.

one musician i cant stand is stevie ray vaughn. gives me a headache the combo of his whine and guitar. i live in austin (too) so i unfortunately have to hear plenty of it.

i know he was talented and by far the worst musician. i differentiate bad from personal taste.
