still doin ok for the month, 18.29PTBB right now at about 1850 hands. have been semi card dead for the past couple days though, had nothing, hit an A over J boat and stacked some guy for 3-4 bucks, he made his flush, couldnt have pulled that off any better on the river.

tonight lucked off with the AA holding through to the river with donk bets into me the entire time, then had one other hand hold up for like 2.50, dont remember what it was though. who cares, i won.

looks like the girlfriend is buying me pokeraceHUD for xmas, me's a lucky guy.

18 PTBB/100. I'd kill for just 1/2 of that.

Today's 2 buy-in theme is "don't bet into flopped nut flushes with the second nuts!" ... but I won't bother posting those.

Okay, here's the most annoying loss of the death spiral.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP3 ($17.40)
CO ($26.90)
Hero ($57.75)
SB ($13.55)
BB ($36.55)
UTG ($36.65)
UTG+1 ($25.65)
MP1 ($117.85)
MP2 ($50.70)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP3 calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, Hero raises to $3, 2 folds, MP3 folds, CO calls $2.50.

Flop: ($7.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets $1, Hero raises to $4, CO calls $3.

Turn: ($15.25) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets $0.5, Hero raises to $9, CO calls $8.50.

River: ($33.25) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets $10.9 (All-In),

Hero types: "you sucked out to the ten?"

I'm not even sure why I called on the river ... $11 curiousity to find out that if the chat was right, versus playing AJ ... I'm not sure I'd make the call most days and after losing $55 with second nut flushes, what was another $11?

Hero calls $10.90.

Final Pot: $55.05

Results:
CO has Th Ah (straight, ace high).
Hero has Kd Kh (three of a kind, kings).
Outcome: CO wins $55.05.

After the hand, the guy said "I had top pair and a straight draw." I almost typed in "YOU F***ING MORON! You were sucking out to the ten. Look at my raising range! At best, you were behind two pair!" ... but I held my tongue. Ed Miller's words of wisdom are imprinted in my mind. Instead, I type the nasty stuff here. Seriously ... who would've called a 16/5/2.40 Hero's turn bet with CO's hand?

And, yes, I'm still working on raising more pre-flop, and my flop bet sucked (not sure what I was thinking only betting 4 ... I was swayed by his bet rather than the pot).

Where's that basket of puppies to kick?

Ok I am going to clear my pokerroom bonus, I'm not letting those donks beat me. I could earn a lot more money elsewhere, but a good player should be able to play with the donks right?

So I adjusted, started playing fullring (easymode) 25nl, and I'm doing ok, just limp like there is no tommorow. Minbet to steal the blinds, etc...
I simply play tight, barely raise preflop, except with premium hands, and it works, I am beating them slowly.... Glad when I've got enough points for my PSO bonus

So I've conquered NL10 and am looking to move up to NL25, I usually play at stars, but would be willing to look elsewhere. Are there juicier games at other sites? Maybe with better bonus/rakeback than stars? I doubt it will make too much difference in the micros, but whatever, thought i'd throw that out there.
