Has anyone ever had any cashout issues with ub?

I cashed out 947 and soe change last week, it was withdrawn from my UB account but it never showed in my neteller account and support won't help me.

I'm pretty pissed off right now honestly.

Is this sort of thing common for them?

I have noticed that cashout delays with UB happen a lot when they are offering reload bonuses. I suspect this is not accidental.

I seriously hope the next reload allows Neteller, as I pretty much stopped playing poker since I ran out of bonus last week.

The good news is they have always paid.

It always takes 1 week or more for my cashouts to hit neteller. Ive never had an issue with one not going through. Dont bother emailing support they hardly ever answer and when they do it doesnt make any goddamn sense.

UB sent my money to a neteller account that isn't mine.

I'm starting to wonder if I will ever see this money again.
