This reminded me for 'Coogan's Bluff'. Guys beat the crap out of Eastwood, leave him on the floor and leave, being watched smugly by some smirking guy. I think the guy kicks him, but Eastwood unexpectedly gets up again and beats his ass, even after a good kicking.
