Your absolutely wrong sir, that is exactly why I wnat Doug to post hand historys because I do not remember winning $8k from any player. As I remember correctly it was a couple grand at most from each player. Just cause Doug says something does it mean its true? If it was wouldn't doug jump to post hand history?

No I have never had a run like that before, I very rarely play poker online to begin with. Yes for the record I do not remember winning 8k of 1 single player and as I remember it was split into 2 nights I didn't play 14 hours straight.

[/ QUOTE ]

Ok, in all seriousness I want to ask the group a question. And I really hope to get a response to this from some of the more casual players in this thread. If you had the run of your life - $14k, do you think you would remember 100% for sure, one way or the other, whether or not you won $8k of that off of one player?

I am 100% sure that if I had a run like that I had never had before, I would know whether or not I won $8k off of one player. As I told the story to everyone I know, one of the first things out would be about how I took some poor sap for $8k - either through bad beats, tilt, etc. etc.

BUT - maybe everyone doesn't think like me. So I am curious. Can anyone imagine having a run like that and not remembering something like winning $8k off one guy?

.You created both accounts to get funds from stolen CC accounts, then try to gamble the money up into a fortune.
Also why would the utility bill thing matter? You know they already know who you are.

[/ QUOTE ]

The utility bill does matter, if he is involved in credit card theft he would use a fake name and give them fake information.

Wow, that seems very narrow minded. Can you back up what you are saying or are you simply relying on the word of Doug (who by-the-way has not been seen for quite a while)and tit-bits of info. you have selectively picked out here and there?. I can see where your coming from with some of the things you are saying, but overall that is a seriously sceptical view you have of this. What if you were on the end of this treatment by a site? How would you try and resolve it?????

he previously stated that he's locked out of his account completely so has no access to this.

ok i understand that he cannot access the FTP site but does that still stop him being able to access the HH on a hard drive in the FTP folder on a computer

[/ QUOTE ]

I believe you have to set it in the lobby to save your HH's to the hard-drive which he evidently didn't do.

Ok, now we're getting somewhere. You claim as you remember that you only won $2k from any given player. Ok, that's cool.

One question, do you remember how much money you had after the first day? Did you win roughly half and half, or have a bigger run on one day?

FULL TILT IS JUST FULL OF CRAP. IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN 4 WEEKS TO INVESTIGATE MY ACCOUNT WHICH ONLY HAVE $300. AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED. MAY BE YOU GUYS SHOULD CHECK MINE OUT INSTEAD.

Not everyone are hardcore poker players that save hand histories and have easy recall of hands played. They are casual gamblers.

[/ QUOTE ]

I find it hard to believe a casual gambler wouldn't recall some of the details of winning $14K.

It would be a story he'd tell everyone he met - in great detail.

It's not like winning $20 with a lotto scratch ticket.

[/ QUOTE ]

I know plenty of players like this. Remember, money has different value to different people. People are looking at this through theirown eyes and theirown values of money. They shouldn't. That shouldn't be an issue. The only principle that should be looked at is that the casino is keeping someone's money, and they have yet to prove that this couldn't have happened to any of us.

I beleive I was over 14k on the 1st day up to over 20k then I lost some on day 2 and cashed out. I don't know for sure as this was so long ago and if Ftp only resolved this quicker my memory would be more fresh. But once again Doug holds the key to all the answers and he should atleast answer them.

Jesus Christ Eric, do you think all the people here are naive at how credit card fraud rings work? Even I know how you guys do it to online poker sites, and I don't work for them.

How bout you go and create more new poker accounts and get several more dozen stolen credit card numbers and go work your magic some more? I'm sick of listening to your lies here. Oh, and heres a suggestion, since I'm sure you'll be back here again one day. Create your f###ing message board names now and make a few legit posts about poker, so when you come back next time it will make you look legit. But I'm sure you figured that one out by now eh? You POS, I'd like to take you out back right now and teach you some manners on morality. You aren't just stealing from the sites, you are stealing from all the honest players also.
