I do not have a gambling problem I play online poker to relax, I will not die over the money they stole from me, I am not even asking for my money im just raising public awareness that this site is not to be trusted and calling Ftp out to email me a detailed explanation on how they came to the conclusion that im a criminal, and why couldn't they explain to me after 2 1/2 months what led them to beleive that besides a email stating I defrauded their site and thats all they want to tell me.

[/ QUOTE ]

OK. I DO have a gambling problem, and creating another account because I couldn't deposit more money and I wanted to play sounds like something I would do.

Having 2 accounts open to the same name is an obvious violation. What were you thinking? Lets give FTP some credit for being strict and trying to run a honest site.

[/ QUOTE ]

Not so fast. It is my understanding that FT was very lax with their affiliate/account openings in the recent past. They even were allowing players to switch affiliates. FT made a push to grab the players who fled Party, and imo created some of this chaos.

Least ftp can do is setup a toll free number like Absolute and noble poker has so I don't have to sit their 4 days waiting for a email only to say they are still investigating this matter, I would feel much more comfterable if I got to talk to a live person during the 2 1/2 months then have to deal with some guy at god knows where probally pasting me a message they pasted to 20 other people before me.

BINGO!!!! DING DING DING!!!

If everything you say is true, then this is surely why did confisticated your funds. This is the only thing you did illegally. Why did it take so many posts to make this evident? You realize this is against all poker sites policies?

[/ QUOTE ]

I really hope:
1- They didnt confiscate his funds because he had 2 open accounts
2- It took them 2.5 months to conduct an investigation and come up with something like that.

I REALLY hope there is something else to this story or i may never play at Full Tilt again, or at least until they offer another reload bonus.

You owe us at 2p2 a huge thank you because we believed in you and finally got some information out of your tight ass. Good luck.

[/ QUOTE ]

OP hasn't recieved his money, so it seems he doesn't owe the 2p2 community anything yet. And if the only reason FTP had for taking his money was he had two accounts, he owes FTP a huge [censored] you.

This is just unprofessional and shady. How the hell can they froze an account for 2.5 MONTH and then take the money without a detailed explanation?

I believe there is a lot of people trying to extract money from hacked accounts, stolen credit cards, and /or bonus abuse, but that's no excuse to treat customers like [censored]! Maybe their investigation staff are getting a certain provision of all seized money.

Betroyal, I'm sorry for all the bad words that I have spread about you! Your support where always nice and explanation everything in detail about Costa Ricas holidays and meetings and stuff. Please open a poker room so I can sleep without nightmares!

Maybe I missed it, but did Eric ever post his FTP user name(s)?

I know he said he PM'd Doug, but why not share your FTP identity with the forum?

Couldn't the players with access to their poker trackers search and retrieve some hand histories for you?
That could help your cause. GL

I thank people for their support but all I really want is ftp emailing me a explanation how they came to a conclusion that I defrauded them,

[/ QUOTE ]
I believe your story but if I was in your shoes I would want my god damn money. And I was just about to make a deposit there. Glad I didn't now. Also the whole 2 1/2 months for there investigation and no explanation is bull.

That is all I want is for them to send me a email or something showing how I cheated and how I defrauded them , after 2 1/2 months they told me they have came to a conclusion that i defrauded their site and to never play or contact them again with no explanation of how they came to that conclusion. Would you like it if the cops arrested you for murder and didn't explain how they came to that assumption?

[/ QUOTE ]

I do not know for a fact what happened, but someone innocent would want all his money back, not just the proof that he cheated (ie. I cheated, but you can't prove it, and unless you can, you have no right to my money).

Once again, I don't know the specifics, but if I was in the OP's position, I would want justice, not an explanation.
