Default Re: Ftp stole my money

Some of the people on this site make me laugh. Some guy says he was cheated and you want him to prove how he didn't cheat? Shouldn't the burden of proof be on pokerroom's side? They are the ones confiscating the funds, they are the ones claiming fraud.

Would anyone here like it if they had to prove they DIDN'T cheat before each withdrawl?

If this guy did cheat, FT should have NO problem coming forth with the proof of his illegal actions and ending this whole conversation. Unfortunately, i don't see that happening.

That is all I want is for them to send me a email or something showing how I cheated and how I defrauded them, after 2 1/2 months they told me they have came to a conclusion that i defrauded their site and to never play or contact them again with no explanation of how they came to that conclusion. Would you like it if the cops arrested you for murder and didn't explain how they came to that assumption?

I must admit, this does seem like a reasonable request. Doug?

I would not like it if the cops arrested me for murder and gave me a perfectly reasonable explaination for doing so.

Default what about the supposed colluders in dumping ?

Doug,

Did you ban the players he DID win from .... If this WERE dumping, then he was clearly the "catcher.

Also, are you saying he did this to you BEFORE, 6 days earlier ??

Sounds like the FTP fraud department needs to do some house cleaning, rather than allow his supposed colluders to remain on the site.

You would be guessing. FTP has not stated their concerns.

eric,
you are not very good at answering questions. did you close the first account before opening the second?

also, im not saying whos right or wrong in this case as we surely don't know all the details. but it is absurd that you were not given an explanation for why your money was confisticated. its a good thing this story is airing out now at 2p2, as this is a huge forum and this is not good publicity for ftp.
