as soon as you get shot with the taser darts, you have 5 seconds to stand up from the lying position.

He is 100% responsible for the "situation's" creation and escalation.

He didn't stumble into it or happen into it by circumstance. He CAUSED it intentionally.

And when the police say "Stand up or will taser you" 20 times, chances are they may actually taser you rather than tell you the 21st.

what we do know is that somehow, the kid goes psycho and starts screaming DONT TOUCH ME. The cops then ask him MULTIPLE times to get up/stand up or get tasered. He refuses, tasering ensues. Excessive force? maybe. Necessary? yes.

Jesus Christ. If the cops are called to [censored] library to deal with someone who won't leave they are at least going to sit him down and question him. The fact that the kid wouldn't leave for the Student cop people but would leave once he realized that real cops were going to get involved proves how much of a douche he is. Cops are within thier rights to question him at that point, and he wouldn't comply. Taser his ass all night.

I've seen police videos on TV where the suspect is literally in a fist fight with a cop and the cop doesn't even pull out his night stick or mase.
