Yah this kid sounds pretty stupid, however when he says "I have a medical condition" I dont think its the right thing to do to keep on tasing him. Also I could be wrong but I dont think the taser is meant to be employed this way. The video is terrible but it doesnt seem as if the kid is being aggressive, hes just refusing to move. Are they really supposed to tase him god knows how many times as motivation to move? Arent there enough cops to carry his ass out?
