Don't use a hack Hand grabber... Email UB Support for Hand Histories.

Dear UltimateBet Support,
I'd like to request every hand history from X:XX time to X:XX time at all tables played for user XXXXXX. I'd also like to inform you that this will be the beginning of many emails requesting hand histories now that you've managed to mess up the only way a user can do this on his own without support intervention. When do you guys intend on doing the logical thing and allowing the software to save all the hand histories for record purposes?

I look forward to GETTING A PROMPT response to all these emails or I will be taking my business to Full Tilt or Pokerstars where I can save the hand histories automatically with the software and keep the necessary records with ease

JOIN ME LET'S ALL ANNOY SUPPORT WITH HAND HISTORY REQUESTS AFTER OUR SESSIONS INSTEAD OF USING STUPID HACK PROGRAMS UNTIL THEY FIX THE SOFTWARE SO THAT IT FINALLY SAVES HAND HISTORIES.

There's no reason Ultimatebet should not be up to par on this one and if as a group we do this perhaps they will finally add this function.

Clarification: I don't suggest or condone flooding them or anything of that nature but simply requesting the hand histories after every session in this manner until they give the people what they want.

1. UB says they will only email 500, which is useless if you play 2000-4000 hands a day.

2. The hand history methodology has been for a time archaic, but perhaps this is part of why their software is faster due to not having to constantly save and access the hard drive. It seems to me they should code this in.

3. In the meantime, I am stuck playing limit instead of no-limit, because I don't care about those hand histories or a GUI, ... and I forgot how horrible limit players play.

4. I believe they will fix it, it is only common sense. In the meantime I need to accumulate more bonus because I am running low, clearing ~40-50$/day for the past month.

I keep telling them though email that i'll deposit if they save HH to HD. I guess they hate money.

EDIT: Not because i'm a HUDbot, but makes it so much easier to track my play.
