I think hes attempting to make a funny with a lack of good material. Im guessing he is asking if "hummer" was a double entendre, and bolded "admit that you love men" because he was trying to link them to make it funny? Felacio is not exclusive to the gays, so your attempt at funny just leaves the reader confused and short of laughs.
