Whiskey Review and Recommendation Thread

Two quick mentions I haven't seen:

Auchentoshen 10 yr old single malt-- This is my favorite lowland scotch, and I recommend anyone who has ever enjoyed a lowland malt give this a try if you have the chance.

Buffalo Trace--I tried a shot of this at a bar in Louisville once upon a time and loved the hell out of it. I have a bottle I've made last over a year because I can't find anywhere to buy it out here. Really the best non-scotch whiskey I've ever had.
