Default Keeping Records...

What's up guys?

I've recently started playing Heads-Up SNG's on Pokerstars. I like to keep records, but I am unsure of the pertinent information to record? I have been recording:

a) The Date
b) The Opponent
c) My Record against the opponent
d) My overall Record
e) My total profit
f) The time length of the game

What kind of stats should I add? What should I remove from the list? Thanks for the help guys

OP,

I'd just keep track of opponent name and your profit for the game. At the end of the month you can request your SNG history from PokerStars. They'll provide you with all the other information.

It's probably due to the fact that I'm a newb in tourneys, but when I import that hands into my Poker tracker, it does not display my stats, it only displays hands... Is there something else I need to import as well? Such as tourney summaries I'm assuming... where do I get them? How do I import them?

Don't use PokerTracker for tourneys, Tourney Manager is miles better for keeping track of your tourney winnings.

You get full hand history for each imported tourney, get your ROI, winnings, $/h, finish distribution and a tons of valuable stats. You can also filter results. So say you want to see how you're doing 2-tabling the $52.5 compared to how you you're doing 1 tabling them. Very usefull product!

You have a trial that ives you full featured version for up to 100 games. Then you have to purchase it for $40.

Very safe program and widely spread, so no funky stuff.

I don't think length is too important, however, I would put a spot for why the match ended. Ie: KK vs QQ, etc. That way you might be 4-0 vs. someone but they were all big hands where all the money got in PF.
