Line up to the river seems fine to me.

River, 100% call, don't think about it, if you lose, this is what a bankroll is for. If you're worried about losing to a straight flush then there's little sense in calling down with the naked Ac as the 2c, 9c, 8c, 6c, 4c, or 3c do not give you the nuts after this flop. The overbet is indicative of a moronic bluff or a clown who flopped a flush and fails to assess the river, more often than it's indicative of a straight flush.

FWIW considering you have $219 left, this isn't a "massive" overbet - it's silly but not entirely uncommon.
