In sweden its legal to have sex after 15.. I think 18 is very late. Is it 18 if both are under 18 too? Like two freshmen in high school?

sadly, I think so. so if your girlfreinds parents hated you, and they had her on a tight enough string, they could get you locked up. Like I said, I think this is the case. What I know is true though, if youre 1 month older than a girl and it happens to be < 1 month after your 18th bday, you can be locked up for statutory rape. It happened to a freind of mine, he had been seeing the girl for 3 years. Talk about a life beat.

its a state-by-state thing, but in most states if both are minors it is not statutory rape.
