I just made along post and now for some reason it didnt post so i will try and remember what it said...

First i just recenrly read what ongame said. I was never informaed i was gonna get paid out. the owner told me that i was never going ot see any of it. Mabe he saw a weay to pocket 60k who knows....

Secondly all the people who claim i actually did collude...dont jump to conclusions. Yes i know certain players personally that doesnt mean i cheat. I know many people from stars that are best friends off the table yet they still sit day in and day out at the same table. You think in vegas the pros never go out to dinner or hang out off the tables,,,you're right because that would definately mean collusion. Many times god friends sit at the same table and if they get in a pot together they check it down, which is perfectly and 100 percent legal. This has nothing to do with morals, its the fact of the game. If you ever sat at a real poker tbale you would know this. I very rarely sit at the same table as someone i know and if i do we never speak of cards at all ever. I play too many tables to even try and keep up with such a thing anyways and i would imagine it would beharder to just play your own game.

Back to ongame. I know many people who are having the same problems with this site. My problem is not isolaed. A few people i know are owed over 100k yet the site hasnt provided them with any information. The site hasnt yet to cave in because they havent cameout with their story. Ongame is not reliable and from what it looks to me they are just hoping this bill makes it hard for americans to play so that they never have to pay out these plkayers who are owed adn just pay out the lesser ones. Think about it what lawyer would take ona case to go after an online site when the governmetn just made it illegal to get your money? Noone and the site knows this...........

One thing no one gives credit too is that Pokerroom is here responding to the complaints. Also if you havea Problem with Hollywood Julie is quick to solve your problem. The big problem with Ongame looks to be Pokes Poker and Futurebet. They are not paying out in a timely fashion. I would like to see them, post as to waht they are doing to improve their services. If nothing This will be there downfall.

Irish, you used multiple accounts there and shared accounts with people and probably colluded. I had multiple regulars comment to me to keep an eye on you. Most people on PR assumed you were scandalous and I will maintain that assumption. I'm glad they took your money, you don't deserve it. You're a punk

I owe you thanks.

I took all my money out when I figured out you had a problem.

I play for pennies compared to you but the principle is the same.

many people with this ban are realizing that i was right about pokes...thy kicked all us players off the site and now many are completely unable to cashout. One of my best friends is owed 200K+ and has a laywer working on thigns now. I will have him post here.

As far as cashouts go it seems pokerroom.com players are cashing out as usual with little or no delay,

So Pokes kicked every US player out and is not going to send checks or anything? WOW...I think many players have signed to Pokes thru RakeTheRake. That affiliate should have some negotiation power in this issue.
