"26/18?"

what can i say, deep down inside i am a nit. i blame it on the small blind structure.

[/ QUOTE ]

wtf? what is loose to you guys then? I don't think 26/18 is ZOMG LAG, but I don't think it's tight enough to be pointed out as being a "nit"

I run 23/16 with 34 AtSB and am pretty convinced the only difference between those with stats like mine and stats like 28/20 are steal/defend issues. Unless the LAGgy guy sucks and isn't one of the good ones, then it could be opening [censored] hands UTG, or something.

well yeah, basically. you're saying that vpip mostly comes from cutoff+button+sb+bb. i think this is true

i usually defend my bb more, and i will eventually open up more in later position. i do think i have gotten an unfair share of just unplayable stuff in this sample. i mean today i played 500 hands at 18/15.

I never believed in doomswitches, but then I tried to clear the bonus at FullTilt...sorting by date to show the peak at the end of day 1...

What I like about short handed is how someone will get caught bluff raising you with rags or bottom pair, but then go crazy capping it and then calling down instead of giving up.

hahahaha I wish there was a converter for this site. KK is 0 for 4 in not flopping an A, this last time AAK hit the board and villain had AK. FU tilt.

Default the police

so i pull up to a stoplight around 10pm and there is a police car stopped in front waiting as well.

light turns green.

cop car doesn't pull forward for 5 seconds.

then 10 seconds.

then finally at about 15 seconds he finally decides to move.

what the hell do you do if you are too close to move around? honk? flash your brights?

There was a total luckbox at my table, he is playing 80/7/1 after 100 hands he walked away with about $500 @ a 3/6 6m game.

Is 80/7 the new 30/20?

I just had a dude timeout on the flop (& he went all-in) in hand where I was holding the nuts, I ended up taking the hand down but only a small pot, given his hand this looks a little suspicious (also given the fact he sat back in straight away),

Should I report this or am I being a nit?

Here's the hand:

PokerStars 3/6 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP raises, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (4.33 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Turn: (2.16 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

River: (2.16 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: 2.16 BB

Results below:
Hero has 8h 9h (straight, queen high).
MP has 6c 6d (one pair, sixes).
Outcome: Hero wins 2.16 BB.
