Default ($11) AA Heads up - Weak line in the extreme

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (2 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero (t2950)
BB (t10550)

Preflop: Hero is in Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero calls t100, BB checks

Flop: (t400) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: (t400) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: (t400) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Player is tight. (35/10 at this point) Stacked off a huge portion of his chips to me earlier heads up in a stone cold bluff but won it back in a suck two hands before this. (AJvsKJ)

He has a bad habit of calling pf raises but ditching to the c-bet if he misses (like, every time. Entered Heads up to him ridiculously shortstacked and basically robbed the poor guy pf to get back into contention, which.. with low blinds took awhile).

Objectively, I look at this and I hate myself for it. Bet pf (since I know he'll likely call) MAYBE offer a check on flop but again probably bet it out. Bet turn and bet river. After all, it's just an over pair. This about sum it up?

Btw, we entered heads up with blinds of 25/50 :P. Started HU with a bit over 900 chips, he had the rest. (not from the same SNG I just posted an AJo question about, freaky getting to the point so fast twice in a row)

Cheers,
-Dirk

Hmm ... I don't like it, if you really must 'slowplay' the 'mighty' aces my preference would be 1/2 pot on flop .. check turn bet river

Check flop, bet turn is also ok ... but this is too much ... especially since river has ruined your action ... if Villian bets river big, are you going to call ??

Edit; I forgot to look at stacksizes and number of player, simply assuming some early play since you line in this situation make absolutely no sense.

The above is a hypothetical situations HU in position with not quite significant blinds

I know, I know. I just needed public humiliation to really make the lesson stick. Saw those two purdy aces and lost my senses wanting action with them.

In the eternal words of some inquisition guy.. "flog me"..

It's worse then that -&gt; In white "<font color="white">He bets 600, I push, he calls -&gt; he has a set of fours and no club. It's pathetic, I admit.</font>"

I'm on a really nasty run and am doubting my internal analisys. Need confirmation for me being a donkeyfish.

New avatar as penance. Yay!
