I do have eyes. They are just covered by all of that wonderful fudge. Sort of like Cousin It and his hair.

So, no restrictions. I did have to put blocks on the pedals of my car, though, so I could reach them.

If he wasn't going to pay then I don't understand why he would even be participating in this discussion.

[/ QUOTE ]
Because he's scared. He realized that he had been caught, and came back to save his ass. Now he'll pay off as few people as he can to make sure he doesn't get dragged into court. Once the lawsuits stop coming, he'll rip off the rest of the people who either don't read this forum or who can't be bothered to chase him down. In the end, he thinks he'll make a bundle. What he doesn't realize is that the first judgement against him is going to initiate a full-scale investigation and then he's [censored].

[/ QUOTE ]

He has requested ID information in the past this isn't something new. I refered my cousin who shares the exact name as me, so he requested ID. He sent it, he was paid. He doesn't need to request it from casual users, that he doesn't believe would scam him/the casinos. Lets face it though, this group of people will go to extra lengths that the casual users wouldn't to get an extra buck.

I mean think about it logically, the Unfair Gaming Act has probably killed all of his future business. Right now everyone is scrambling, I personally have had a hell of a time dealing with all of my affiliates to recieve any commissions I was owed over the past month. Some affiliates just flat out refuse to pay also, I was denied over $8000 in commission from 888 one month. If I lose that money do you think i'm going to turn around and reach into my pocket to pay you? HELL NO! If it was a small ammount like $30, maybe, but we are talking about $250 a pop, that is by no means pocket change.

When you consider how little he makes per aquisition because he is competitive and offers the best rates, you can appriciate the fact that he doesn't have a lot of cash sitting around to just pay people off when he gets stiffed.

Maybe in the past it would make sense for him to pay off a gnome, if they will keep coming back and earning him money. If it was me though, I too would weed out all the gnomes, and the 15 yr old kids etc.

furthermore why would he come back here if he wasn't going to pay, by allowing you to log in he just gave more users a chance to get extra evidence that probably 95% of you didn't have to take him to court.

He comes from the freebie scene, so he knows all about people scamming to get an extra buck. To a large extent every one of us is on the look out for one person, thats #1. Some of you play by the rules, and some of you are extra greedy and cheat to get the extra money. You can cry fowl all you want, but you signed up for his site, per his T&C. You didn't have to do it through him, you could have done it through boogster who by the way does get paid over $330.

If you cheated then you don't deserve to get paid. And if you thought you had any sort of case against him before this, if you refuse to send ID then you certainly won't.

I told you guys back one month ago he doesn't stand for any fraud on his sites, and will DQ you if he believes you cheated.

People - The terms for the September signups are that we will be paid on or prior to Oct.20. It is now Oct.11. He has until Oct.21 to render payment, per the terms that we all signed up under. If for some reason he doesn't, we can address it then. Until then, it's pointless to wring your hands, because you have all agreed that he has no obligation to pay you until Oct.20.

Sit back, pour yourself a tall one, and chill. If Oct.20 passes and he hasn't paid, then pursue whatever action you feel necessary. Until then, give him a chance to pay by the timeframe you have already agreed to give him when you signed up.

To those who are concerned about him being a scoundrel: If you are right, he's not going anywhere, and he won't get away. Too many people know exactly who he is. I think he has a much better understanding now of the impact of his decisions, and he is taking action to correct them. Give him the chance. If he doesn't, you can always act later. Being hostile now does nothing to improve the situation - it only makes it worse.

Anyone in the D.C. area? PM me and I'll buy you a drink to calm your nerves in the meantime.

I'm close to licking this thread and creating a second one as it is greatly interfering with the rest of the forum as it is very long after such a short time. If you come back and see this locked there will be a replacement thread.

Blowup Doll,

That post was crossing the line. Please do not post this type of stuff. It is not these school officials problem or the politician's problem. If people really want that stuff it needs to be collected privately.
