Yeah, it's a Basenji. Pretty freakin awesome breed. Doesn't bark = huge plus for a single guy. But like many dogs, very destructive/demanding of attention. Only downside (may just be Daisy) is she doesn't give out any dog kisses. :'(

Sounds like my dog too... Doggie kisses are guaranteed to put a smile on anyone's face. I wish he would do it more. He does love to give my daughter alot of kisses, nah, he's cleaning her face.

No one knows. He's a mutt we got at the shelter. Any guesses? I thought he was an aussie mix but after seeing some of them on this thread, I'm beginning to doubt it.

The head and neck markings are actually pretty similar tho, upon closer inspection. Must have been those eyes. Good looking dog.

You do know that aussies come in different colors right? Yours looks like a red merle mix. Does he have a tail? The more I look at your dog, the more I think it looks primarily aussie. Maybe a little cream in the coffee, but not too much.
