I've had pigeons before. Not real exotic but I don't know of anyone else who had pigeons.

people with exotic pets are usually just giant attention whores and very douchy, considering most of the pets that fit this catagory its incredibly selfish to own because they arent domesticated and you are taking them away from the habitat which they are designed for.
Yeah, its really cool that you own a leopard, but you live in the [censored] desert and its never more than one quick movement from eating you, you [censored] jackass. |

[ QUOTE ]
How are Sugar Gliders as pets? [/ QUOTE ] From what I understand, they are smelly, it takes forever to bond with them, and since they are nocturnal you won't even see them during the day. Not that great. |

[ QUOTE ]
people with exotic pets are usually just giant attention whores and very douchy, [/ QUOTE ] This seems to be a strange thing to be hateful about. The term 'exotics' generally refers to anything that isn't a dog, cat, or farm animal. Most commonly rabbits, ferrets, rats, and other small furry things. After that comes birds and small lizards. Do you have something else in mind when you think of 'exotic' pets (like that guy who had a tiger and an alligator in his Bronx apartment)? |
