Basically all you have to do to Google bomb is all get together and figure out what phrase you want to show for him.

or any other ideas

The important thing is to all do the same phrase as it will have a better effect.

Then on your site or blog you link that phrase to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Frist

After a week or so you should start to see results.
