The bill was presented to Bush on 10-3, so 10-13 would be within the time limit for him to sign it.

Is it as "OFFICIAL" as the time JayB Nrog vehemently insisted posters here were all idiots and he KNEW "officially" Frist would NOT attach the Bill to anything before the election recess ?

Because this is the very definition of a frequently asked question around here. I don't report it as "OFFICIAL" i report the source and link to it, and to this thread to discuss.

As it is, since we put info on the signing date in the FAQ, we've had at least five other "when does the bill get signed?" threads started, that I've seen.

That's why its in the FAQ...
