This was a movie used to be played all the time, boarding school kids school gets taken over by terrorists. One kid is mafias son he get's let go and ends up dying try to save his friends. Troubled kid sneaks out and meets with army shows them plans etc and has to sneak back in they use mirrors to tell army they are ready to execute plan. I can expand more if needed. This was a TV movie in the mid-70s.
Boy and girl love to swim with big giant turtles, and they carve "J + M" (or whatever their initials were) into the shell of one of the big turtles. Later, the girl (I think) drowns or something, but she comes back to life or is some sort of water creature and has blue-green glowing eyes. I think she saves the boy and then submerges again and rides off on the turtle, which has... you guessed it ... "J+M" carved in the shell. If anyone gets that, I'll be amazed.

Meanwhile, he unfreezes and is some evil being whose eyes glow red and turns people on the train into other people with red eyes. There are 2 parts in the movie I remember vividly. There is one scene that suddenly comes in and they're poking an eyeball with a needle. The other scene I remember is some rich dude whipping a monk on the train who is soon to become evil as well. I remember a scene where some guy was let go in the woods and was given a bunch of money and told to run (to try to escape or something)...he had to get across some bridge across a lake or something...but some people would start chasing him after a short time and try to kill him...anyway..he did it and he didn;t make it across the bridge
