Default Will Canada Follow Suit?

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea how likely it is that Canada will be pushed to do the same as far as "banning" online poker. Our Prime Minister is a Conservative, and seems to have a crush on George Bush. These 2 factors seem like bad things to me, and I'm wondering why there hasn't been any word on this yet.

Thanks in advance.

Most poker severs (party etc) are in Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, and after the last mess with the federal government they tend to prefer not to get involved.

However we should mobilizes now to license it to avoid what’s happening in the US.

No issue in Canada as we don't have anyone here worrying about online gambling in government.

Canadian conservatives are much different than US ones.... no religious crap to mess with our thinking. Greed is good and greed is right!

OK Gordon Gekko!

But yeah, I agree with you. I don't see this happening in Canada at all. Harper has more important matters on his plate.
