I agree that liking the red sox are probably the next bandwagon.
But what's wrong with every state of new england being a red sox fan? every state of new england has always been full of red sox fans, except for a few people from connecticut. Most people from New England relate to the city of Boston and consider it their capital more than any other city.

Nothing's really wrong with it, it's just that Yankee fans usually don't stop hearing about it if they don't live in the tristate area, which is lame.

That and all the "Red Sox" fans that popped up in Ohio make me want to go on a shooting spree [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I think if one spends his time rooting for the Yankees and Duke, he should be prepared for the fact that people will say he's just on the bandwagon. They may not be correct, but theirs isn't an unreasonable suspicion.

Okay, I can deal with this. Though I think the same can be said by those who "root for the Red Sox" this season.
