I don't know. We need to see the text of the legislation first, among other things. I'm not especially worried, I guess, but I pretty much play at only one or two big sites that are unlikely to go under.

I agree with you. I am HIGHLY concerned...I am not a pro, but derive significant income from playing and it's what I love to do. If this thing was TRULY enforced, I'd have to move out of D.C. b/c I need to be able to play poker on a frequent basis. This just blows on all levels.

I'm a very optimistic person, and I still was being wary about getting worked up over this situation up until today. Specifically about forty minutes ago.

I'm literally sick to my stomach. I know this feeling. I've had it before, when I've broken up with serious girlfriends. Only thing is, I've always gotten another girlfriend. Where can I get another poker?

I'm depressed. And tonight, at midnight, it's my birthday. How about that? Oh crap, my eyes are getting wet. Jesus H, it takes something pretty severe to make me cry. Time for a beer.
