Also about the Crypto stock. If those shares weren't being traded after hours, that price drop could be a reflection on Friday's bad news. The London markets closed before we got today's good news.

Jay,

HOWEVER .... what was that about "so we dont show the nation that we have a 2" penis ..."

Since you brought it up tho, is that an average or cuumulative statistic for your organization ?

[/ QUOTE ]

I swear I thought for a second that this was some sort of sadistic OOT-ish type question where Milton (who is usually an exceptional poster) was asking for statistics concerning the penis sizes of the people in the NROG organization. I was like. . . "wtf." Then I re-read the post.

I don't think so. Today's hit was directly related to this news, in a week when everbody was nervous anyway.

Either the CEO and his gang are idiots, or they wanted the price down for some reason. Go figure.

The world is full of crooked people. If some of them work in high places, including the management of such companies, who would be surprised?

Wasn't the meeting with their attorney LAST week? Wasn't there suppossed to be some grand pronouncment of some sort (which of course would slam the PPA)?

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Plus, not worrying about what 2+2 is or isn't doing frees up time to take other forms of action, many of which might have a marginally greater impact on the legislation. See, everybody wins!

I was under the impression that Mason just saying that they were going to get involved would be enough, since it's clear that has been enough for the PPA. That was my first thought when reading Mason's post - a grand joke on the whole lot of us.

Mason and co. are planning on doing nothing more than making a statement. That's great. Big. Deal. Honestly though, what else do we expect them to do? They're in OUR boat -- they're going to suffer the same fate as the rest of us if this goes through. All they can do is what we can do. A statement from them is going to come pretty late in the game anyway so who cares. nrog, K, Berge, Nate have all done a great job in this forum and others; calling everyone to action. Also the MODS in just about every forum have stickied announcements. So, Mason and co. provided the forum to bring the 2+2 community to action. No reason to keep dragging them into this.

RE: NROG's press releases --

While ambitious and polarized, they are still at least helpful. Yes they're a bit over-done but he always ends them with a call to action and to not become complacent. The problem is that he expects way too much out of his readers. Either way, NROG >>>>>> PPA at this point. I appreciate the updates and take them with a grain of salt just like I take everyone's updates (K, Berge et al). K is spot on that there's no reason to relax on any of this until we have official results.

SO -- don't. back. down.

Please don't get ticked off with Jay at NROG. He is doing a *superb* job, even if there are people who may feel he is premature. It is just as arguable that, from his viewpoint, he is doing his best to keep us up-to-date and informed. I am inclined to agree with him.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think Jay's a little overzealous, but I'll take that any day over the half-hearted effort that we're getting from PPA, or the non-effort that we're getting from 2+2.

[/ QUOTE ]

My thoughts exactly. People on here bitch about the PPA not giving us any info and now they are bitching about NROG giving us info about what is going on. I appreciate every bit of information we get from NROG, Mr. K and Berge. Keep the info coming guys.
