I've always tried to keep that attitude, "everything will turn out the way we want," but after reading your last post I don't feel very good.

For Berge, Mr.K, or anyone who might know. What possibly is happening now over the weekend as far as negotiations, is it possible nothing/very little is happening?

I am almost positive that staff level meetings are ongoing for the DoD Authorization bill. They are probably still clearing up loose ends and as Member level decisions are made incorporating them into the conference report language.

Last I heard they still want to get this thing filed by Monday night/early Tuesday so it is being crafted still.
