Default unbelievable dealer mistake, what would you do ?

Last night, after busting out of the 7pm tourney at a Vegas casino I enter the 11pm. As I am stepping out for a moment I pass by the 7pm final table and witness the following. Play is three handed, one guy short stacked with about 35 thousand, complete drunk with about 110 thousand, and another guy has them covered.
Short stack moves all in from the button, drunk calls, chip leader calls. Flop comes 993, drunk moves all inn, chip leader calls with 10 3 and his hand is good. As soon as the cards are turned up, dealer says wait, hold on a minute. Drunk guy has 64 for 6 high, short stack has K5 for K high. Dealer says K high second best hand, shortie gets second place.WTF??
p.s $500 difference between 3rd and 2nd.

Yeah as far as I know drunk should get 2nd. Maybe its a crazy Las Vegas/House rule.

Oh, did you speak up? I would have mentioned it to the tournament director/floor. Worst case you look like an idiot but learn a VERY important fact about tournaments there.

Honestly, I probably don't say anything. Let someone else point it out, b/c that'll make enemies sometimes. If you're not involved in the hand/game, let it go.

normally, when someone busts the dealer just yells out their finish and they go retrieve their money. Every time I have played the tourney to a conclusion it was a chop and then the TD brings out the payout. This was the first time I have ever seen it end without a deal.
