I would hold off on telling your boss, this is highly dependant on your relationship with them, and what you do. You can't untell them, and you might regret it later when things get better. Just a thought.

Has anything changed in your life to lead you down this path?

Update and trip report.

Talked to my boss, he's very understanding and fully supportive, so that already makes things much better. Talked to our Doc, he set me up with a psych consult and gave me a prescription to see how that might help. Go back next friday for a follow up. Thanks for all the great advice on here, knew it was right to post, and it actually helped me to open up with the Doc.

Try killing a hobo this weekend. It might be all you need to turn things around.

This made me laugh, but I think a better idea would be go get drunk with a hobo. Think of how happy you'll make them, and imagine all the stories

Listen to Slim Shady when he says "I think you need some counseling To help your ass from bouncing off the walls when you get down some"

Seriously dude, see a doctor.

Classic depression case. Get on some meds and start exercising. you'll feel great.

The only person that can make you feel bad is YOU!!!!!

Starty living man, waht you got to lose..... besides everything?
