This is THE standout show that should've never been cancelled. I don't think it ever could've done the ratings Family Guy would go on to do (w/ proper advertising), but FOX fumbled the ball and basically took a big steaming [censored] on it afterwards. Just mind-boggling considering it's cult status and superb DVD sales.

Just watched it. Movie is a bit of a disappointment(relative to the series) and it's obviously a continuity nightmare, but again I think it could just be ignored and Whedon could continue the TV series from where it left off.

P.S. The actress who plays River is a great [censored] dancer. Too bad we didn't get to see more of her in the series.

I agree. The show was great. The different song that was in the show each week was always edgy, and awesome.

Another one for me was "Hill Street Blues"..hated to see that show go down.
